Companies, institutes and foundations have demands related to the development of institutions they support or wish to support.
The methodology of ASID aims to articulate one or more actors, being companies, institutions, people with disabilities, the community and the government. The projects join ends that are sometimes disconnected.
The proposal lies in the collective solution, interaction and strengthening of the actors. With a methodology that involves diagnosis, consultancy and training, ASID promotes corporate social responsibility.

Inclusion in the Labor Market
With the methodology of ASID leaders, managers and human resources teams break the barriers of inclusion by recognizing the potential and usefulness of people with disabilities.
The main barrier to inclusion lies in people's behavior, as is the attitude of each person that drives down barriers. The methodology is different and based on the construction of an organizational culture that supports a successful assertive inclusion process.
